What areas do you serve?
All of Dallas–Fort Worth. Most work is in Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Frisco, Irving, Richardson, Southlake, and Addison, and I travel to your office or venue anywhere in the metroplex at no extra charge. If you are outside DFW, tell me where and I will quote travel straight.
Which service do we need — team headshots, executive portraits, or event coverage?
If you need everyone on the team photographed to one consistent standard, that is team and office headshots, priced flat from $850. If it is one person who needs a portrait that will carry their LinkedIn and bio for years, that is an executive session, from $500 with three retouched files in 48 hours. If you have a conference, summit, or gala and want the day documented, that is corporate event coverage at $2,500 for a full day. If you are not sure, describe what you are trying to get done and I will point you at the cheapest option that does it well.
Can you cover our event and shoot headshots at the same event?
Yes, and that is the most common way clients book me. Full-day event coverage includes the keynotes, candids, and sponsor moments, and I can run a live headshot station alongside it — attendees scan a QR code, get photographed in a few minutes, and receive their gallery on-site. There is no headcount cap on the station. For multi-day programs I quote the whole run rather than charging each day separately.
Can our agency book you on behalf of a client?
Yes. A good share of my corporate work comes through event producers and marketing agencies booking for their client, and the arrangement is straightforward: the agency signs and pays, the usage license extends to the end client, and edited files go wherever you need them — your Dropbox, your DAM, or a private gallery you control. Tell me who the end client is and how they intend to use the images and I will write the license to match.
How do we hold a date?
Dates are first come, first served. A date is confirmed when the agreement is signed and the 50% retainer is paid — until then I will tell you honestly if someone else is asking about the same day. The balance is due by the shoot date, and corporate clients can be invoiced on net-30 terms from the invoice date. Ask me about a specific date and I will tell you right away whether it is open.
